Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Please join the Maine Geological Survey for a celebration of Maine geology on the occasion of Henry Berry’s retirement.  Henry will be retiring from State service (but certainly not from Maine geology!) this fall after 31 years of work for the Maine Geological Survey. Events including an Open House, short field trip led by Henry, talks, and reception will take place on Friday, September 12 at locations around Augusta. Please see the attached flyer for the schedule and details (or view the flyer at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-IcIt7lttWyF1waY4-hY1KtuVedOw5po).

If you plan to attend the talks and reception events at the Elks Lodge from 3:00 to 5:30 pm, please respond by August 22 using this RSVP link:

We hope to see you on September 12 to help celebrate Henry’s career and his love of geology!

Ryan P. Gordon, PhD
